Refund Policy

How SchemaStruct subscriptions, cancellations, and our 7-day money-back guarantee work.

Effective June 14, 2026

This policy covers paid plans purchased through SchemaStruct and billed in INR through Razorpay.

Try before you pay

SchemaStruct paid plans start with a 14-day free trial, and every paid charge is backed by a 7-day money-back guarantee. You can cancel anytime — your diagrams and exports always stay yours.

For the rules that govern paid subscriptions and account use, see our Terms of Service.

Overview

This Refund Policy explains how billing, cancellations, and refunds work for paid SchemaStruct subscriptions. It applies to plans purchased through our pricing page and billed in Indian Rupees (INR) through our payment provider, Razorpay.

By purchasing a paid plan, you agree to this policy together with our Terms of Service.

Start with a free trial

Every paid plan begins with a 14-day free trial of all of its features. You are not charged until the trial ends, so you can evaluate SchemaStruct before any payment is taken.

You can cancel or downgrade at any time during the trial from your account, and you will not be billed. Your diagrams and exports remain yours.

7-day money-back guarantee

If you are charged for a paid plan and decide SchemaStruct is not right for you, you can request a full refund of that charge within 7 days of the date it was made — no questions asked.

The 7-day window runs from the date of each charge, including the first charge after a free trial and each subsequent renewal charge. Once a refund is issued, the associated paid access ends.

After the 7-day window

After 7 days have passed since a charge, that charge is non-refundable, and we do not provide partial or pro-rated refunds for time remaining in a billing period.

You can cancel at any time to stop future renewals. Cancelling prevents the next charge; it does not refund a charge that is already outside the 7-day window.

Cancelling your subscription

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account. Cancellation stops future renewal charges.

When you cancel, your plan stays active until the end of the current paid billing period, and you keep access to paid features until then. Your diagrams and exports remain yours after the plan ends.

Duplicate or incorrect charges

Duplicate charges, charges made in error, and charges resulting from a clear billing mistake are always refunded in full, regardless of the 7-day money-back window.

If you believe you were charged incorrectly, contact us and we will investigate and correct it.

How to request a refund

To request a refund, contact us through our contact page from the email address associated with your account.

To help us process your request quickly, include the account email, the approximate date and amount of the charge, and the reason for the request. We aim to acknowledge refund requests within 2 business days.

How refunds are processed

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method through Razorpay. We do not issue refunds as cash, store credit, or to a different payment method.

Once a refund is approved, it is typically reflected on your statement within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer. Timelines outside of our and Razorpay's control may vary.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the effective date shown on this page. The policy in effect at the time of your charge applies to that charge.
